Organization of your trip

  • You can request a price quote by clicking on the button "Ask quote" at the top of this page. Complete this form as fully as you can and send the request.

  • Yes, your request is completely free and without commitment on your part.

  • The price quoted includes VAT, driver, vehicle and fuel. Other costs will be specified in the price quote.

  • A reservation is made in writing with the invoicing data shown on the price quote.

  • Cancellations must always be notified in writing. You will find the exact cancellation conditions on the page general conditions and on the invoices.

Buses and coaches

  • The most common capacity of our vehicles is 16, 30 or 50 seats. You can find all the information about the equipment of our vehicles here.

  • All our vehicles undergo regular, comprehensive inspections. Every vehicle is tested every three months. Moreover, our mechanics give the vehicles a thorough inspection per 15,000 kilometres driven. More info: http://www.goca.be/nl/

Traveling with Keolis

  • If you want to take a large quantity of luggage with you, please mention this with your request. If necessary, we can provide extra storage space or a trailer.

    All buses have limited luggage space. There is room for one normal sized bag or suitcase per person (80x70x30 cm). The weight per suitcase must be limited to a maximum of 20 kg in order not to put too much strain on our drivers' backs.

    Always attach name and address labels to your luggage. You remain personally responsible for your luggage at all times. Keolis cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen luggage. Please note that, as with airlines, dangerous objects or substances which may jeopardise passenger safety are prohibited for coach travel.

  • To guarantee your safety, the aisles must be kept free so that the emergency exits are not obstructed. Only small hand luggage is allowed inside the vehicle, larger luggage must be stored in the luggage compartments. We recommend putting your name and address on all items of luggage to avoid confusion.

  • For lost property in a vehicle, it is best to contact the subsidiary or the sales contact. Send a mail, with the clearest possible description of where and when you lost the object or the reference number of the reservation. On confirmation that the object was found in the vehicle, you can come to collect it from the subsidiary during office hours. Or you are free to arrange collection by a courier service at your own expense.

     

  • The law determines the driving and rest hours of our drivers. All our drivers are familiar with them. Our journeys are carried out in accordance with the law on driving and rest hours. For more information about this, you can go to the website of Belgium Mobility
